	GBH (1991 drama series starring Michael) by IronGiant on 9 January 2005 12:59pm   Does anyone here remember GBH, a superb drama series (written by Alan Bleasdale) from 1991 which starred Michael and Robert Lindsay? Sadly not available to officially buy on either tape or DVD - I really wish this was available as it's a rare treat, ie a fantastic, moving, funny and involving drama. Superb stuff. It is available on ebay, but usually sells for around three figures for the complete set. It seems to have been released once as 2 double tape boxsets, with parts 1-4 on set 1 and parts 5-7 on set 2. Until a DVD appears this is probably the only way to get it, though maybe some of the cable channels might dig it up.   Re: GBH (1991 drama series starring Michael) by Godfather on 9 January 2005 5:52pm   Certainly remember the name. Cant remember much about it though. I'm sure you will be able to find it if you "really" want it though, IronGiant. It's quite rare and does normally go for rather a high price. I've heard it's brilliant series. My dad saw it when it was on. He said it was a pretty girm look at British poltics. Apparently, Michael did really well playing a serious role. The only copy I could find at my local video rent shop had to take it off the shelf because it was damaged, which is bugger.   Re: GBH (1991 drama series starring Michael) by Louise on 4 February 2005 5:56pm   Yup, I got my videos from eBay, paid a small fortune! Purple, you`ll often see it offered there, but the discs are naff pirated copies. I remember reading that MP was initially considered for the `baddie` role played by RL. Not sure how true that is, of course.
