Talking of testicles again I came accross this in Montanna when I was on a ranching holiday. The cattle ranch I was staying on hired in a castrater for one of the days and was busy cutting them off the poor cows for a morning.

As you can guess I kept well out the way while this guy had his bowie knife out.

Next minute the cooks got a pan full frying and starts offering them around. No chance would I eat them.

so do i actually soph . some mild indian dishes , i love a chicken tika or chicken tandoori with popdoms and garlic nan bread :0) . i watched in amazement as an indian friend of my uncles ate a vindaloo without drinking water once . then again he said he grew up in india with really hot curries :0) he give me a forkfull to try and i was drinking water for the rest of the night , it was a real gob burner . thank god i did'nt get what billy connolly refered to as fiery bum syndorme :0)

Louise, they were definately cows or if we're being politically correct male calves. I spent most of the week wrestling the critters to the ground for branding and injections and finally ear clipping. Its cruel I know, though thats how they do things in the 'wild west'.
