No, John. Michael/Morse/Gollumit et al. is a very disturbed individual who needs help but he is smart enough that he probably fools all the people close to him who could provide that help.

He uses this site to vent his vitriol because he feels safe here because he thinks he is anonymous and he is ignoring the fact that we know who and where he is.

My altruistic half wants to find some way to get him help but my other half just wants him to f***ing get off this site and find somewhere else to haunt.

I've found it interesting that he has chosen this site to haunt despite his total lack of interest in travel, Palin and Python but his responses in the chat room have illuminated that enigma.

You need help, Michael Horner! We'll support you here if you make an effort to change your bullying ways.

Geraldine, Anne, you're lovely.
About this in particular: I used to encounter (when I was swimming at lunchtimes)a dirty old man who used to push close & unpleasant against the female swimmers. I used to laugh loudly & say 'I think that man over there fancies you a lot more' and....just swim on. So I'm metaphorically in the pool...(will speak privately about this sometime)
