Is that the shroud of Turin or a Jesus Toaster slice? Bet ya can't tell the difference?

Tell that woman with the toilet roll on her head that she has aimed too high altogether!

It isn't a woman with the toilet roll on her head, it's Japanese inventor Kenji Kawakami, who founded the International Chindogu Society!

"Chindogu is the art of creating a product whose usefulness is precluded by its absurdity."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kenji_Kawakami

And here are the 10 main tenets of the art of Chindogu:

So now you know. I think that toilet roll holder is quite funny, but if you were desperate for the loo. you wouldn't have time to mess about fitting this to your head!
