Does the Littlest Hobo Theme have a proper name? I have always liked it even though it brings tears to my eyes?

>>>Does the Littlest Hobo Theme have a proper name?

It's called "Maybe Tommorow". Lyrics were written by John Crossen, and it was sung by a guy called "Tery Bush". There is an older version of the series, with it's own theme song too. But the series which ran from the late 1970's - mid 1980's has the most famous song for sure :). I highly reccomend this great little page where a guy called Luis Paris has re-recorded it in Spanish. It sounds superb and you can sing along with it in Spanish, as the lyrics are written on the page. I've become addicted to this version of it now..hehehe. Especially the catchy "Hasta mañana.. seguiré mi caminar". Check it out. You'll love it. I reccomend you download the proper MP3 he's put up on his site, rather than the lower quality version that plays when you enter.

If you want the original on MP3. I've stuck it on a quick page i made earlier (like Blue Peter)

The Theme song for the 1963 series is quite different, with different lyrics.

"I find adventure everywhere,
And friends with whom I'd like to share.
This is my stop along the way.
Don't really know how long I'll stay.
Stop over. The world is my friend.
Stop over along the road without end.
Traveling around from town to town.
Sometimes I think I'll settle down.
But I know I'd hunger to be free.
Rovin' is the only life for me.
A-driftin'. The world is my friend.
I'm travelin' along the road without end."

If you're "Hobo Hooked" by now, then you can hear that one also, online at the link below. It's best to right click and download the wav file, or it will take a long time to play. Not as catchy.
