OK, maybe Gotcha did hunt back through 5 years of posts to find this wristwatch topic and for that I complement him/her.

What types of watches are In your collection Gotcha?

I have thousands of stamps in my stamp collection.

Don't forget to register in the welcome and introductions section if you are new to palinstravels.

Ken, nothing personal, but I think it's a bit paranoid to assume every new person to be a troll (or whatever we call them now). Honestly, I wouldn't ever want to visit again the message board where my first post was greeted by such suspicion.

kisch, when there are people trying to find out our passwords (see Spam E-mails) I don't think you can be too careful.

We did have a difficult time with Morse and a few others who were determined to upset palinites with crazy posts a while back.

Ken
I have 7 selected watches in my collection for different occasions.
My pride and joy is a Rolex, but aspire to have a watch similar/same as Michael's.
Appreciate your concern about saboteurs, but assure you I am not.
Any feedback on the wristwatch would be extremely welcome.
Tell me more about your stamps?

There is a picture of Michael wearing a wristwatch on page 40 of new Europe. The image is quite small. A quick flick through ATWIED shows he is not wearing a watch or there is none visible.

My latest stamp collection is place names on postmarks on stamps of European countries. My best country in this set is Austria as they have very good postmarks and I have developed it back to the Austro-Hungarian Empire.

How modest of you Gotcha.
You own a Rolex, yet you aspire to own a watch with a brown leather strap.

Appreciate you looking into it for me.
Could not quite work it out from the picture though.
Many thanks

Johnny do you still have one of those plastic digital ones? The ones you buy in the motorway petrol stations?

If you're thinking of buying me a pressie, I always wear Seiko watches.
