' Dodgy threads ' by johnnythemonkey on 14 June 2008 3:48am

We should all beware of posting on them as they take on a life of their own. I know my style does'nt appeal to everyone but I post in a manner that suits me. If you take the bother to read my posts, I'm the butt of my own humour or whatever you choose to call my style, more than anyone else.
I'm a product of working in tough environments, where the put down and quick retort was a way of life. I don't like cowardly assholes ( trolls as they seem to be called on the 'net' ) hiding behind fake ID's and stirring the shit. Maybe this medium is not for me but I'm old, tough and stubborn ( fcuk, I sound like John Wayne ) so I'll stay.
To sum up.......beware of responding to pish.
Just ask geordiegirl......she does'nt respond to me. :)
Sermon over.

Yes, and it would be nice if people kept the content of threads in relation to their title. The number of posts that sometimes get added to a thread which are completely irrelevant to its title is very irritating.

Would someone like to start a 'JTM and Kaz thread' specifically for their posts?!

Re: ' Dodgy threads ' by kazzzz on 14 June 2008 11:55am

Well Ken I guess YOU could do it...

Are we only allowed to post on that thread from now on then? :(

I thought digression was just the cost of lots of smart people's brains going off on tangents. It's that way in every thread on Cleese's forum. We sort of pride ourselves on it. LOL

Summer in Scotland! They actually have summer? Is it just one day, or does it last awhile? ;-)
