Palin's fellow TV adventurers by Russle Coight on 5 August 2003 2:09pm

Who was the guy who travelled with camels down the Skeleton Coast and took a team of sled-dogs across NE Russia to the Bering Sea? He also did an expedition into the Brazilian jungle and into PNG. A young bloke who films it all himself, no recording crew? He was featured in that programme on BBC2 last week "The way we travelled", with Michael.

What is PNG?

I saw Benedict Allen's series in Siberia I think it was. Or was it Alaska? Somewhere very cold and he used a dog sled to go everywhere. It was quite funny sometimes because at the beginning he knew very little about how to control the dogs. It was a good series.
