Mali musician by sue on 9 December 2002 2:14am

Can anyone help me??? While Michael was in Mali he looked up a musician called Toumai Diabate, he played the "koru" instrument. Mickael said he had been listening to his music in the UK and decided to look him up on his travels. Can anyone help me find this guys music-a name of his CD or anything. I live downunder and would love to hear from anyone who knows this kguys stuff..I think its amazing.

Hi Sue,

If you didn't already do so, go to the "The Series" section of the site and there is a message about Sahara Music, with a link to the musicians discography. It should help you.

Rick
