Last night's series by pollyanna199 on 28 June 2005 4:45pm

Did anyone catch the episode last night on the Travel Channel? It was great of course and I was able to tape it. *sigh* Can't get enough of that wandering Python!

Last night's episode was especially good. Poor Michael, he really started to get fatigued on the first leg of that journey up the mountain. He pulled through in the end, though, as he always does. I'm impressed with his abilities. He's no quitter, and I respect that.

Well, here we are in the USA, land of the Fundamentalist Puritan. There was a "parental warning due to the graphic nature of this show." What the hell was that???

The cremation which they barely showed at all? The second and a half of Hindu tantric art?

I was all excited. I thought MP was going to get naked again.

Something unexpected came up last night & I missed it. Imagine my self loathing! Anyway, this morning I quickly went to Amazon.com & finally ordered my DVD. I guess I feel a little better now.

For all I know, they put "parental guidance" on chewing gum now. It's kind of a universal disclaimer.

Naked again? Oh my gosh! Are you referring to that scene in P2P when he was in Norway, I believe, in the sauna? By the time we realized what he was doing, it was too late for my wife and I to cover our eyes.

GUYS, I'M TOTALLY SERIOUS! :^D Well, a little. But am I totally jaded from watching "Law & Order Special Victims Unit" and all the CSI's that I can't figure out what was supposed to be disturbing in Monday's episode?

Anyway... He also got naked in "Sahara" in order to demonstrate how they bathe with so little water. It was quick, but damn it was fine.

It's too cold in the Himalayas, though. If I were male I would not be quick to undress in front of a camera in the cold.

Seriously, about Monday's show - I can barely walk to the store around the corner! And that's without altitude sickness. The British are made from better stock. Got to hang those clothes up and get back on my elliptical machine. And that's no joke.

For those who were otherwise detained, it ought to be re-broadcast during the week or on the weekend.

George, the sauna was in Finland :)
MP also appeared in his birthday suit when he headed towards the mudbath (I think in Ukraine) and you could see everything *giggles* so why did he worry to cover himself with the twigs in the sauna in Finland? ;)

You mean I've missed the naughty bits? *pout* well, maybe I'll have to search for the parts that have been mentioned!
