On the trail of the Holy Grail by Clare on 2 November 2005 6:09pm

I've just come back from another trip up to sunny Scotland. My better half (bless him) is very patient with me as whilst I love wandering around the hills and glens I do need to get my Python fix. Usually when we head up we stop at Doune on the way but alas this time I forgot my coconuts. However we did manage to come back through Glencoe and I think I found the gorge of eternal peril instead which was a bonus.

Does anyone else suffer in the way I do and have to find something python related when they travel???

No becuaes risible-phyll gave me a talking Monty Python keyring so anytime I feel lonely I simply press the button and Michael tells me than nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition ;)

Yes, I do. I was traveling into my history class, and what do you know- up on TV he gave us an example of how they determined witches by watching The Holy Grail. And afterwards my classmate tried to get me burned.

Hey, they should've loaned you the coconut shells I left this summer!

Unless some swallows took of with them attached to a strand of creeper held under their dorsal guiding feathers...

Well, I'm off to Tunisia for a week at the end of the month and am hoping to visit the LOB site there. I've not had a theme before but I may from now on. Linz

Kazz, where did risible-phyll get the key ring from???? I want one! They have lent us the coconuts before that's why Rob got me some as I think he was too embarassed to ask again!! Plus as we walked around the castle I kept quoting bits of 'Grail' at him. Have a great time in Tunisia Linz let us know what you see.

Clare ;o)

I'm thoroughly affected by Python no matter where I go. It's an illness, I'm lead to believe. :-P My friends *hate* it when I stop and point out tiny things that remind me of anything remotely related to Monty Python.
