Don't you hate it when... by Miss-M on 24 January 2006 10:46am

...you are chatting to someone on MSN and they just disappear without even bothering to say goodbye? I think that is the height of rudeness! I'm aware that people with dial-up often get disconnected, but they should at least have the courtesy to apologise later for just pissing off on you without so much as a "how's your father?" OK, so that expression probably wasn't used in its correct context, but you get the general idea. Anyway, that's my gripe for the day!

Please feel free to post your "don't you hate it when..." and we can all air our grievances together. It will be very therapeutic!

... you are bullied from nursery to year 12 just for no real reason other that being imaginative and "different".
people call you "Bible basher", "diseased", "freak" and that you were a product of beastialty. being either ignored or the center of bad attention.
at one point my hair was the best place to bin used chewing gum.

bloody ....ers. i woulden't piss on them if they were on fire now.

...your mother is an alcoholic and kicks you out the house the moment you move back home and says the most hurtful things you've ever heard in your life, then the next day she never even realises what she's done and doesn't know why you are angry with her...

Your mother is also an alcoholic who still despises your father for dumping her 43 years ago, makes a fuss about him coming to your husband's funeral and when you confront her about it calls you a perfect bitch!

... when no matter how had you try, you seem not to be able to surpass yourself from the rut you're stuck in. So you can't help but feel cynical and depressed because it seems everybody is ignoring you or giving you a hard time for getting this far. So no matter how hard you try, nobody gives a damn, you're an outsider for life. It's never enough to just be happy with things the way they are.

Went to Bruges with Dad recently, it was lovely. My aunt and her new husband came with us. Bruges was beautiful, we went and had a coffee and she started talking about my mum and how Dad should push her to do this (Mum's got artheritis and can't walk very far), I got very upset and blew my stack at her and walked out. Nothing was said for the rest of the trip. We get Mum, she goes and sees Mum and lies to Mum about what was when Dad and I had already told Mum the truth. She is hard bitch and I wouldn't piss on her if she was on fire, in fact I would go and find a full 5 gallon jerrycan of petrol and finish the job. She's no aunt of mine.

... you're in line for Immigration, and some jerk and his jerk-wife try to cut in front by saying they have a flight to catch in 2 hours. Sheesh, all 300 of us have flights to catch!

I had my minor revenge, though, when they tried to cut in at Customs and the agent told them to get line like everyone else <G>.

i can't stand people who push in queues! i always have to say something to them! lol

i also hate it when people leave a full shopping trolley at the end of an empty till and then go and do more shopping and leave the trolley there unattended whent he supermarket is packed out! i just push right in front! lol
