East End, Richmond by Valarie on 26 May 2006 9:35pm

1. Where exactly is London's East End located? I know that sounds stupid, but I thought I heard that Brick Lane was in the East End, and I thought the East End was much further east than that.

2. Is Richmond worth visiting? Could I explore Richmond and Kew Gardens in one day?

Thanks!

Brick Lane is in the East End.

Richmond is worth visiting, especially Richmond Park and of course Richmond is right next to the Thames. You will probably need a whole day at Kew Gardens as there is so much to see.
