Get well soon, Arty. :) Good to know you're almost 100% okay.

I can relate. I have passed out 25+ times. Half of the time, someone caught me: my teachers, my friends, strangers...Other times, I'd hit my forehead or nose on random objects. Once, I hit dangerously close to my temple on my coffee table in the basement. Was there for hours until I woke up.

Get better! That's an order. ;) Stress caused my heart to go haywire; how come you passed out?

So sorry to hear this, Lucy! I hope you're well on the way be being mended by now!!! Yes - definitely keep your blood sugar up - grab those peanuts when you feel the need. It only takes a bite or two to re-establish biological equilibrium.

Oh, yeah, blood sugar is a dangerous thing to tamper with. I'm not allowed to "diet" for that reason. Just have to drink tons of water and keep healthy food around.

I'd suggest water. :) It works miracles.
