I've watched most of the series and have enjoyed it. The seedier side of International Politics and of Washington D.C. (Read James Patterson's character Alex Cross to learn about the side of Washington affairs of state and the tourists don't normally see).

Is it over? I saw that last bit with the British ambassador going head-to-head with Sharon Gless and then it cut to the credits with no teaser about a subsequent episode where the drama would be resolved.

If this was some sort of stunt that was to get us to understand that these issues that threaten us all are being played out right now, well, yes, I get it, but it was not satisfying drama and did not offer any outlet for people to try to change things.
