Sudanese Refugee Book by tucsonmike on 2 September 2007 6:38am

I am working on questions to ask these guys. People on Palins are the sort who would be interested in.

What I want to know from my Palin friends is:
1. What would you like to know about them?
2. What facts would you find interesting?
3. Most importantly, what would get you interested in this?

Wild, since you have worked with such folks, what would you like to see presented.

In the earlier post I made it clear, it is not that this has NEVER been done before. I am trying to get this to be written from the purpose of an interested reader.

BTW, I see this as I am donating my time. If they want to give me credit and have me write some of it, fine. I am not doing this for the accolades, but because someone recommended me to them and I see it as my duty to help them.

Thanx folks!!!

I'm assuming these questions apply to the Sudanese Refugees.
1. How are they faring and what is being done in their country? I think I am correct in thinking the genocide is over in Sudan? You can correct me if I'm wrong, but if I am correct, how is their country recovering?

2. I would like to know how they escaped and how they survived because I think most of Sudan is desert?

3. I am already fairly interested in this as I have not heard much on the situation in Sudan.

Thanks Mary. Would you do me a favor and bounce these questions off your classmates? Thanx.

Appreciate it Mary. Thank you.
It feels like dealing with Mafia families sometimes LOL! The books that have been written are helped with by sponsors in different cities.
For example, They Poured Fire from the Sky is written by Lost Boys in San Diego.

The Journey of the Lost Boys http://www.thejourneyofthelostboys.com/
is written by Lost Boys in Jacksonville, Florida. Their sponsor Joan Hecht was once a rock and roll singer and a major advertising executive.

http://www.thejourneyofthelostboys.com/

Is their general site. You will see what I mean.

So there are already some major organized efforts but the sites I provided here are the most active.

It has been busy. I received thirty more questions to pass on to them.
