I usually start mine with the radio, whether it be a local station or Virgin Radio online. Doing last-minute homework too!

I have a cup of coffee, black, washing down some ginseng and ginko biloba. I think I could make a good coffee if I had good beans, but I just make it strong.

I sip my coffee while catching up on my e-mail, turning on the music so my house thrums to sweet sounds.

This time of year I stroke up a fire then get as many of my chores done as quickly as I can.

Freshly ground fair trade coffee, strong and dark, no sugar. And a big bowl of Kashi cereal.

When my hubby's away on business, I go down to a little breakfast place in town and have eggs, bacon, toast, and home fries (chunks of pan-fried potatoes) with coffee and whatever book I'm reading. A quiet table in a restaurant, good food, and a good book: it doesn't get much better than that.

Coffee, and sitting here writing to you all before I begin work. Sunday is bacon and eggs in a tortilla.
