What's under that kilt? by ev on 2 June 2009 10:32am

"High winds caused a soldier’s kilt to fly up at the Princess Louise’s Argyll and Sutherland Highlander’s change of command ceremony in Hamilton, Canada, Sunday."

You'll have to scroll right down to the bottom (so to speak).. it's the last photo on the page..:

I think the quote from Spike Milligan when asked 'Is anything worn under the kilt?' was 'No, it's all in perfect working order!'

Wearing kilts and walking in high winds spell danger,I think...
Prince Charles experienced a similar mishap in August 2008,whilst he and Camilla Parker-Bowles watched the Mey Games in Scotland. Camilla was reduced to fits of giggles...I wonder why?? :)

kazzzz,I didn't know that you ever wore a kilt! :)
(For any disbelievers, strange as it may sound, kilts are becoming increasingly popular with women,so to answer the question "What's under that kilt?" -you perhaps need to widen your options.)

ev: the kilted guy in the 'bottom' pic looks as if his legs have a problem with cellulite!!
