... the latest Pixar's big villain, Charles Muntz (from the animation movie Up! - wonderful, by the way), looks exactly like John Cleese?

And no, I won't post any link to show you what John Cleese looks like.

I think we know what John Cleese looks like now, although he didn't look like that when he made the Monty Python programmes.

I know you all know, it was a joke.

And yes, he was... well, younger for Monty Python. :)
But Charles Muntz is not exactly a young character... he must be in his eighties.
(funnily enough, the villains are often (always?) older than the hero... interesting, I believe)

When I saw the movie, which BTW IMHO I thought was Academy Award good, I felt I was watching Spencer Tracy as the protagonist and Kirk Douglas as the bad guy Muntz. I never saw any Python references, and I'm one of those cursed people who ALWAYS see Python references. :^)

Ah, I'm not saying it was meant to look like John Cleese, I just felt the character does... Maybe it's the moustache.
And btw, my mum thought that Carl (main character) could look like Robin Williams in really life... :)
