Hi David, I am ashamed to say I don't run any more. I used to be very fit but kind of gave it up with the busy life style and that. I was watching the Great North run on TV and with your message I think it's a sign I have to take it up again. Thanks and keep running!!!
Lol

lol. i dont 'run' as such except when im walking the dogs & going 2 the park.
pretty much every day i play basketball, i love it & thats where i get pretty much all my exerscise. last year i did a lot of rugby which was fun as girls dont normally get the chance 2 do that.
im just starting community service through school where we are ment to either help in a class or visit local old ppl, so im doing a PE lesson so i will get exerscise that way, which should be fun

en bon espoyr

I walk my dog for about an hour a day - he's a very energetic young labrador so most of the walk is actually spent running!

I go to a kind of exercise place called CURVES with my mom and my sisters and my neice... supposedly it's the new big thing in America. Anybody else?
But I do also walk on a regular basis. It's my time to turn my music up as loud as I want (on my new POC ((Piece of Crap)) Portable CD Player!!!) and think about what I'll do when I'm famous...

A brisk walk is just as good, if not better, than running anyway. So goodo everybody! ;)

i try to go for a jog with my dog before school, but then end up spending half the morning trying to get him to come home, he thinks it's funny when i have to chase him through 4 miles of woodland. So i guess it's my dog who decides how far i run or how much exercise i should get!

Sophie-Lou and Toby the Jack Russel too! :)
