Did anyone marry a Michael so you wouldn't say the wrong name by accident during sex? by canaveralgumby on 16 January 2003 7:57am

I did.

(Okay, my husband's name IS Michael, but the rest is a joke.)

*rolling on the floor laughing hystarically out of control*

That's the funniest thing I've heard all day! Sir galahad whig eh Ellen? *chuckles* Sounds kind of kinky to me... What's next? Armor and chainmail?

We thought we'd pass on the armour and chainmail as it brought on a terribly uncomfortable rash the last time......

But have decided in this age of equality , political correctness and non gender bias that we'll both wear 'Sir Galahad' wigs. Sometimes at the same time!!??

And may even consider purchasing one for Dianne, so the three of us match at the booksigning.............

I can only imagine, I was almost too embarrassed to READ this thread. I am a Leo, however, and curiosity got the better of me.
As for the question at hand. I'm afraid that I didn't marry a Michael (I have often thought about the fact that I'm the same age as his eldest son - hmmmm). If I tried any of the other crazy ideas listed, my husband would catch on far too fast. He thought I was just a Python fan that liked to read travelogues as well, but then I had a little too much Sangria at a party a couple of years ago. I got into one of those giggly, girlish conversations with a friend about handsome 'older' men and let it all slip out. A 27 year crush! Guess who overheard! He teases me constantly! But at least he puts up with it (and me). It's gotta be love!

Ellen Ė donít purchase a Sir Galahad wig for me. Although I do love the Holy Grail movie and think Michael is wonderful in it, his hair is not the reason I watch it.

I donít have a husband or boyfriend named Michael, but I do have a brother with the name. And no, my parents did not name him after Michael Palin. :-) My brother was born long before the fame of Michael Palin.
