Try downloading the quick time program first before watching the clips incase you don't have it.

Hi guys,

Sorry you haven't been able to watch the videos until now.

If you haven't already got QuickTime, your best option is to go to one of the series homepages, and click on the link in the "Videos" section. This will take you to the Apple site, where you can download QuickTime 6. (You can do this by clicking on the link in the top right corner - "Download QuickTime 6").

The exact procedure for downloading QuickTime will depend on whether you use a Mac or a PC, but it should be pretty straight-forward. Just save it to your computer, and then watching Palin's Travels videos will be a breeze...!

But, if you're having any continuing difficulty, please just drop us another line on the Chatter Box, and we'll see if we can make the process any easier for you. Good luck!

Cheers,
Webmaster

Webmaster,
Would it be possible to have future video in winmedia format as well at quicktime?
Just that i cant stand quicktime, and i think many more people have win media player over quictime.

Hi MattD,

The reason we went with QuickTime initially is that a number of users suggested they preferred it to Windows Media Player, and it was our preference for showing Michael's videos at the current time.

If this changes in the future, we'll be sure to let you know - sorry if this causes you any inconvenience in the meantime...

Cheers,
Webmaster

Webmaster!!! Please be sure all your features are compatible with iMac users. I'd die if I was excluded.
