if a group of us has to go to deliver the letter here are some points to mull over.
where and when should we meet?
what about prior commitments?
shall we share mobile numbers to be on the safe side?
how should we distinguish our selves from the crowd?
ect.

well i'm a clean and tidy person so my house is spotless, she's welcome to come to mine anytime. lol.

i think its best to talk to everyone who wants to go and arrange a convenient time and meet at an easy location, for example i think i read that the nearest station is holland park, well that station is small, so it won't be hard not recognising each other, and theres also a starbucks right next door - perfect!!!

although we could have something that only we have so everyone can spot each other and that could make it more fun, but i'm always prepared to make a prat of myself and go up to people and ask!!

Maybe you all could...

a) ...wear a flower on your coat.

b)... wear a scarf tied a certain way

c)... wear a shirt or sweater (jumper)of a certain color or something like that and unbutton your coat so others can spot you.

d) ...paint "MP" or "FLY VIRGIN" on your forehead or cheek! A little advertising for Sir Richard might land us where we want to be!

e)... carry something light-weight and easily spotted in your left hand, (ex. a flashlight/torch, a hat scarf of certain color

f) ...tie a ribbon on your thumb or wrist

Those things aren"t likely to be done by anybody else but you guys!?
