If you're saying you're leaving, don't! It's been really cool talking to you!

Who is/are being offensive Cecile43? They need to be named so that access for them to the website is denied. If you get insults block the person doing it or ignore them. As with the TV there is always the off switch to get away from them. Was it Morse -?

I hope you change your mind and decide to stay, Cecile. I've really enjoyed talking to you.

If people leave when trolls harrass them, it will only make the trolls worse. There is only one way to stop trolls and that is to ignore them. When everyone blocks them in the chat room, they get bored and quickly leave. There are too many nice, interesting people here to let those unsufferable little twerps drive you away.

Everyone is welcome here Cecile. As long as they don't harass other users.

Hvae a good day

Sorry you feel like this Cecile. I was in the chat room the other evening when you and Ahren and the troll Morse was in there. I tried to talk to you one to one to explain that I was not going to stay in the chat room while Morse was there (as I did to Ahren) but it appeared that you had blocked me as I got a message back saying that you were off line. I hope you stay and just avoid the chatroom when Morse is there.

there is a problem with the one to one... i can talk to the others by this way, but they can't, i don't know why...

Re: i'm not welcome here by sighthound on 12 July 2006 12:32pm

OK, Cecile - you have a technical problem with one-to-one and maybe with the blocking. Let's try to see if we can figure this out. Let's set up a time when we (or you any anyone else) can be in the chat room together and try to work it out. We can talk in the chat room and, if the messages don't seem to be getting through, we can go to e-mail. If we can define a problem with the chat room we can get the webmaster to fix it.

Hang in with us, Cecile!!!!
