I posted this since it is the sort of thing people here might be interested in.

I thought of it, because I found out the idea of Sister Cities was something else Eisenhower did. (Shucks, he already invented our interstates LOL)!

It turns out Eisenhower invented the idea of Sister Cities because of what happened in World War II. People think his was a do nothing administration.

Just food for thought.

The Greek owners of the local diner here have arranged for Cape Canaveral, Florida to be sister cities with Ithica, Greece. There's a plaque on the wall that says so!
