Wow, thank you everyone! This is so nice!

Cakeage details: I bought a cake at the store. I love old-fashioned birthday cake, and the store has the nearest equivalent: a nice, firm cake with buttercreme frosting. They gave me vanilla instead of chocolate, but it was still great. 8" diameter, two-layer cake with frosting between the layers. I had them write "Happy Birthday Judy" on it, and had them put pink frosting trim around the edges and pink frosting roses on top, which I shared with my daughter. There's a little left, and I told Mike and Alexandra that it's MINE! It was epic, as the kids say. B-day cake FTW! Sorry I can't share it with you all. I'm such a piggy!

My skin still feels so wonderfully smooth after the treatments yesterday that I almost hate to take a shower! But I have to--still sweating like crazy. I've got to go back and buy some of the products they used, but they're really expensive, so I'll have to buy them one at a time when I have a little extra pocket money.

And I'm a little sore from my massage, but I expected that. 80 minutes of deep tissue massage is like a workout without the sweating and being out of breath. Slept like a baby last night, though. First time in ages.

Thanks again, everyone. I'm looking forward to finishing off my cake for lunch today. Then resuming my diet.

And what's more TURKISH raspberry jam! We sometimes bring raspberry and strawberry jam back with us from Turkey as it is so gorgeous. I also love their black cherry jam.

We're not really big jam eaters - I like some if I have croissants - but their jam is so much nicer than ours (even the really good brands)! The consistency is quite runny and the taste is awesome.

But then, if you buy the actual fruit itself out there the taste is at least 50% better than ours!!
