I know Karen, first thing I thought of, LOL! Elaine forwarded the application to me with a stern note that said "APPLY!" But I don't wanna. You will have to drive me there anyway.
Oh, all right LOL! Yesterday, I had to write my Toastmasters club and tell them I will be gone from September to January.
It is fourteen weeks on Wed. nights, three hours each night.
As long as they let me taser a moose.;-)

You can practice saying, "Book 'em, Dano" in the mirror. LOL! And I won't even start on the non-standard uses of handcuffs...;-D

Well, there are plenty of sessions for you both to attend, Mike. Who knows, you might even get round to defending youselves against attack-by-banana??

(Sounds great, though. Can you make a more informed citizens-arrest at the end, do you think? Is the purpose to learn moere about the police, what they can & can't do? Sounds like an element of self-defence in there too, especially against that vicious fruit...) :)

I have not seen the syllabus for the course yet. This is Tucson. I have to get a gun first to make a citizens arrest. On the ground, Banana, or I will use lead to cut you in half.
Hey, there is a cartoon story in that. John Cleese in cartoon shooting with a .357 at all sorts of fruit.
Then Matron comes out, demanding the city streets be cleaned of all no longer fresh fruit.
