Garrison Keillor by mrsteabag on 10 September 2009 3:09am

The Huffington Post and BBC both reported that Mr. Keillor is recovering from a stroke. He's the host of the longrunning National Public Radio show "A Prairie Home Companion" and a best selling author. He's expected to make a full recovery and be back in the saddle for the first show of the season.
What puzzles me is that this wasn't mentioned on the major networks here in the states. :(

Huh! That's odd. I'll mention it to my girlfriend who is a huge fan of his. She's been to many of his shows.

Thanks for the news.

It was on MSNBC.com. He's out of the hospital now.
