Thich Nhat Hanh by ev on 4 June 2012 6:11pm

Have any of you heard about this fellow before? He comes from Vietnam and is one of the world's most famous Buddhist monks:

It's possible to do retreats at his monastery in France:

"Thich Nhat Hanh's key teaching is that, through mindfulness, we can learn to live in the present moment instead of in the past and in the future. Dwelling in the present moment is, according to Nhat Hanh, the only way to truly develop peace, both in one's self and in the world."

I'm not a Buddhist as such, but I reckon they're definitely onto something good..

I didn't open the links Ev due to laziness and the fact that the speakers on my pc have given up the ghost.

However, I think that if I could live in the moment, it would be a solution to all of my problems.
