Has anybody had the privalege of living in the 50's? I've just got back from travelling their in my DeLorean. It's a very nice place.

Just like today, it depends on where you are & who you are.

A Negro from the South (US) probably wouldn't remember the '50s as The Halcyon Days...

Alas, my AA batteries fall a tad short of producing the necessary 1.21 gigawatts required for such a journey. I`ll take your word on its niceness though.

Wow JK you like back to the future. I'm a HUGE fan. The 80's didn't suck Helen. The only thing that could generate 1.21 gigawatts is a bolt of lightning. The only problem is you don't know where and when it will strike next.

Tominator--
the 80s saw Ronald Reagan as our president.
Well, it sucked for me anyway. Where's the Delorean when ya need it.

Ha Ha. I've got the DeLorean. Old Ronald Reagan. The 80's had a lot of good things aswell though- Michael Jackson was at the hight of his career, and was still sane, we had brill. films: back to the future, ghostbusters and goonies. In my opinion 80's music rocks, or should I say pops? Anyway that's my opinion. Still it's better than the 90's. BORING!

The 80's sucked. I was born in the late 80's, so I guess who am I to say, but you look at cats like Devo, Wham!, Breakfast Club, etc... see previous statement. The 90's sucked even more, that decade was really just a continuation of the 80's.

Now, if you want killer decades, I'd look at the 60's and 70's... =D Led Zepplin & Pink Floyd times...
