Anthrax, Swamp and Loimbard by intrepid on 7 July 2004 11:18pm

My folks, Mr. and Mrs. Intrepid, just got back from a trip to Britain. They started in Scotland and worked their way south, winding up in Cornwall.
I was very pleased that, at my insistance I think, they visited the Monty Python and the Holy Grail Castle, which has a name that I'm not using because I don't know how it's spelled. "Doune" ? "Donne"? "Doon"? "Dewn"??
I was very excited because it's featured on the Holy Grail DVD, and I wonder if they ran into the same people at the gift store. I'm sure that this question has been asked before, but who here has been to that or Stalker ("Staulker"? "Stallkuh?") Castle?

This is actually another topic, but I'm trying to conserve electrons. I was following my parents' trip in Cornwall, and it occurred to me to see how it overlapped with the Cycling Tour from Monty Python's Flying Circus. The trouble is I can't remember all of the places listed in that, what order they're in, and the correct spelling. Iddesly? Anybody got that episode handy?
