..will you be checking out Mongolia on the Central Asia trek in 04? spent 3+ weeks there a few years ago and it is worth a look, especially during the nadaam festival in mid-july (horse races 20 miles long with riders under 12, archery and wrestling between really BIG guys. experience it a small city (Khovd for example) versus Ulan Batar (saw some film of their festival and it seems to be held in a large stadium so getting up close and personal would not be much fun, altho' up close and personal with those wrestlers might not be in your best interest!) so: Mongolia in '04???

1.- Michael, will there be a chance you can send me a postcard from the Himalayas? I've been collecting stamps since before I attended grade school (50 years ago) and would love to have some stamps (or one) from that region of the world!

I know it's asking a lot, but you are my only hope!

(If the answer is yes, I will contact the Webmaster, OK, to give you my address? Hahaha
One can only hope!!!

2.- Is there a chance your documentary about the eccentric Cone Sisters of Baltimore will be aired in the Baltimore region? I live there and have often visited the Baltimore Museum of Art to see those masterful works of art!!

3.- Also, did you realize Gregorio Fuentas died?

Thank you for enriching my life with so many educational and enjoyable documentaries. You have an open invitation in Baltimore to return for a lecture or booksigning on the subject of your choice!!!

Peripatetically yours, Patty~

This is a pretty old topic...is it related to the live chat that happened a while ago?
If not....'Is ther another fiction piece in the works, and what's the premise if there is?' (tried to ask this in Chicago, but had a severe case of 'the frights'. That, and Cardboard Terry G. told me it was a dull question. Well, if he could speak, I'm sure that's what he would've said).
