Considering the Lefty Leanings of many folks on this list, I'm surprised I haven't seen this crop up -- Comedy Central's Stephen Colbert tearing Bush, his Admin & The Fourth Estate a new one at the White House Correspondents Dinner:

Oh dear. I appreciate why he did it, but I don't think it worked in quite the way he expected. At least, I was watching it thinking - "Why on earth are you doing this?". If it was an attempt to self parody in order to take the heat off him, then I don't think it worked. A strong leader does "not" parody his own failings if he wants any respect afterwards. It's a nail in the coffin.
