Travel Bag by Spursfan on 9 September 2006 6:56pm
As you know I'm off again to Turkey on Monday but thought I would share with you yet another good travel bag.

This one is from Argos, and is very roomy with a couple of side pockets suitable for mobile or camera (or even a stash of chocolate!) ;-) It also has a zipped pocket inside.

In the new catalogue it is No. 2 on page 1308, priced £24.99. I am using it as hand luggage this trip.

Have a blast.
They go to Turkey, I go to the U.S. Northeast. At least I can feel self important going to my Nations Capital. Maybe I will drop in on the Toastmasters Club at the U.S. Senate before I go to the Kazakh Embassy, LOL!

Well they do have choccie in Turkey which we do get, and it's nice - but noone can beat Cadbury's for me!!

Next time (this time we are on the weight limit although we don't need to pack clothes (all in the apart) with things like rawl plugs, feather dusters and the like!!) we are going to take a stock of English sweets such as smarties. They do their own version but nowhere near as nice I'm afraid!! And you can buy English choc but it is very expensive.

Also I confess that as achocoholic I don't usually take choc to eat on board - mints and 'sucky-sweets' (as I call them) are better.

The one thing I would advise anyone is don't buy Turkish chewing gum - no flavour at all!!

Anyway, what do you peeps think about the bag from Argos? I should have said that it is a 'Converse' one and is currently £19.99.

That isn't from Layne, Ginny. It's a troll impersonating her. ("I" instead of "1" in the name.)

the size of the bag is 35 x 36 x 16 - the width and depth are fine.
