And in doing so we have lost all out reference e-mails from our inbox. Piffle. Does anyone know where they might have gone?

We are using Entourage for iMac with Leopard software.

This computer is much closer to going in the bin.

We have decided to stop using Entourage as Microsoft is very susceptible to infiltration by viruses. We also got a virus protection reminder - very suspicious only a day or so after the problem with the e-mail facility.

Ken, I'm really mean looking. Maybe I should just stand guard at your computer and say " No mate, you really don't wanna do that. "

Aye jtm, it needs someone to kick the spammers and virus writers well into touch!

We have a fix for the e-mail problem but it now works differently. Reference e-mails are still missing.

We all get some spam Ken, don't let it bother you too much.

Yeah Ken, spam has changed the way I check mail. Formerly, I'd read subject lines deleting spam, now I check the 'delete all' button and uncheck messages I wanna keep. Or just delete all and not worry about it. Only friends get the address I get real messages on so I don't miss real communication.

I mostly use my hotmail addy for emails from my friends here. I do get some spam but it's easy to recognise and delete ( mainly from kazz :) ).
I don't do shopping or banking on the net, so I don't worry too much about it.

Fake psychics are the worse. They tell you they will give you a free reading, and next time ask your for money and threaten you that bad things will happen. There is a woman called Tara, who is constantly bombarding my spam box. I ignore her, but she doesn't take the hint.
