LOL! There was a news story about the super collider yesterday on BBC America. The physicists did a rap song about it. Terry Jones when he did Medieval Lives had guys in Southern France doing rap in Occtian, instead of standard French.
Before the Olympics, Ted Koppel in his series, the Peoples Republic of Capitalism did a story about a rapper in Beijing. Rap actually does work in Chinese.
I am debating putting on my blog a variation from Life of Brian, on "What Have the Romans Ever Done for Us?" Only it would be "What have the blacks ever done for us?"
Rap music? Of course tongue and cheek, but I don't want to be lynched either or thought of as the most retrograde racist since...Well, you fill in the blanks.
