Mr. Palin, if I were you I'd be bloody well grateful.. by ev on 23 November 2008 1:09pm

What with all us Palinites offering up countless jokes, anecdotes, obscenities, truisms, rumours, fables and fabrications, you could at least should a bit of gratitude - I mean how many of our ideas might you and your slippery Pythons have stolen from us, only to sell them back to us in the form of cheap comedy sketches and B-grade movies?

C'mon mate, at least come and have a chat with us.. some of these good folk have been posting on your forum for years!

Best regards,

Evan from Oz.

"Look at him. He worked on that cake like no one else I've ever known. [boom] Some nights it was so cold, we could hardly move, but Blackie'd be out there slicing the lemons, mixing the sugar and the almonds. [boom] I mean, you try trying to get butter to melt at fifteen degrees below zero! There's love in that cake. This man's love... and this man's care... and this m-- [boom] Aghh!"

I don't expect Michael to in the least...

But it's true that even just a in and out "Hi-Bye," with nothing more would be thrilling. :D

There are a lot of up and down sides to celebrity.

But one of the up sides is that you have the power to make people very happy and excited, even for doing hardly anything at all.

If you're Brad and Angelina, you can pose for photos and donate the millions to your favorite charities.

Who knows, celebrities could raise a lot of money to help the world's economy, just by posing for pictures. Then it would be a matter of seeing the money properly managed to help FoodBanks, Shelters, but also potentially heating bills "Celebrity Heat," even health care funds, mortgage help...

Many celebrities already do a lot of charity work, but they have the potential to be like economic superheroes if it's channeled right.

I'd pay $1000 for a picture of John Cleese naked.

No, not really. Hee hee! But I would pay $250 for a 18" x 24" poster of all of them, autographed by all of them.

John rarely visits his forum--about 3 or 4 times a year. And then he posts one brief comment and leaves--never comments on anything we've said or any of the links we've posted.

Selfish bastard!

But the point is, even if he DID join in the conversations we have we wouldn't believe it was him and would accuse him of being a troll or something!!

As we've mentioned in the apst, Micahel held two chats since the site started. neither really worked out very well, but it was exciting nonetheless just knowing he was here "LIVE"!!!!!
