ATWIED - children in need edition by Butterfly3 on 7 October 2009 6:28pm

There is a new version of ATWIED on uk tv next week - it is 6 programmes where 12 celebrities go round the world as part of the children in need charity

Tuesday 13th Oct 9pm on BBC 1

they do it in realy and no flying allowed - two different celbs each week - it has a good write up - it will be interesting to see a different version ! Frank Skinner and Lee Mack take the fist leg and cant find the right railway station in Paris!! so looks good to watch

hope they raise money and awareness for CIN too

Did anyone see this last night? Michael was on it giving advice to Frank Skinner!

Definitely worth watching. Was nice to see Michael was involved in it albeit in a small way.

Skinner and Mack put quite a bit of humour into it which was good. Be interesting to see if the others can do the same. Not being an 'apprentice' watcher I have to admit I've never heard of next weeks 'celebrities'.

Only downer for me was that Lee Mack in particular came across as though he didn't really enjoy it and found the travelling a bit of a chore. Part of the success of Michael's travels has been because he obviously enjoys it.

I thought Lee Mak brought the mood down a bit. I dont know why they bother going if they are going to come across as though its a chore.

The third episode is on BBC1 tonight at 9pm where Julia Bradbury and Matt Baker from 'Countryfile' make their way from Kazakhstan to China.
