Great information irishmanufan. It's on at the Odeon near us but the last time I was there I got deafened by the soundtrack so left the cinema and got my money back. I'll enquire about their current volume before booking. It's a 3h 30m show and if it's full of noisy adverts that would have me walking out again.

Hello folks,
My husband and son and I attended the show and meet and greet on Sat. July 5th. The performance was well worth every penny, but I was disappointed that the format of the "Meet and Greet" had been changed since we purchased the tickets. It was no more than a question and answer session. We paid a lot of extra money to attend the meet and greet and expected to actually "meet and greet" members of Monty Python, but it wasn't worth it. The performance was great for fans though.

The price was lower when the “meet & greet” tickets first came out, under 600 pounds I think, then it went up 150% when sold by a 3rd party event organizer. Five (or six) pythons in the same room, access must be restricted I imagine.
I wonder why they changed the format. You think it’s because no one talked to John Cleese at the party on the first night? After all he is the biggest python.

I don't know why they changed it JanW but we paid 1,498 pounds sterling for a Meet and Greet Package that included a professional group photo with the members of Monty Python before the show on July 5th. Then we received an email on July 3rd saying that the Meet and Greet had changed to after the show, possibly not all the members of Monty Python would be there, and there would be no opportunity for pictures with the group or with individual members either. I later am told that attendees of earlier shows took selfies, stood ina receiving line to shake hands with and chat to each member of the group and also got their professional grouop shot photo with all Monty Python members. I paid the same price, and it was merely a QandA session of no more than 15-20 minutes. I have email the promoter and O2 to complain as well as sending the same email to BBC Watchdog. Here's my email with contact info for both the promoter and O2 AXS:
