Learn to read.
She was due to post the card to you and got taken into hospital that day. If she had made it to the postbox instead of collapsing in the middle of town, she'd have put it in the postbox. Just for you.
You have a very skewed idea of the dates involved. She got it from Oz and was going to post it to you, got taken into hospital and couldn't do much else. What is so difficult to understand? You implied Sal lied about the dates. It's pretty obvious.

I've just spoken to Laura. Yes, there was a load of "viscious bile" from a few people. You again implicate yourself in this. I won't invade your privacy by posting the address, but can I assume you have an AOL address? If you do, you should be ashamed.

Maybe you didn't "offend" her. I never said you did. You did, however, upset her greatly. I don't know whether you've ever really "been" with someone who was facing their own death, but one stage is sometimes evaluating how you are and were seen by other people. The things you said - the accusation that she had "failed" and "didn't know what she was doing" stuck with her. Seeing her go through that has stuck with her family.

You just don't get it, do you? Are you so selfish that you can't see this?

Anne, please don't reply. googlebot is so full of spite that he is not going to give up; losing a friend creates powerful emotions. Continuing this thread is no fitting tribute to Sally's memory.

We know you are a good person, Anne. You don't need to defend yourself.

Excellent. Someone else defending her behavior. Another one on the list.

Seems I was right to make generalisations.

I was going to go by what Katia said, but this is too good to pass up.
Anything for us to have a memorial for Sally is now ruined anyway, we have to do it amongst ourselves.
I called your bluff pal. You are obviously NOT a poker player. OK, we are jerks.
OK guys, I guess we have permission from Googlebot to be jerks.
