OK, I will start the email for the letter later today.
The letter will be in an email Microsoft word attachment. I will send it to Patty first then to whoever else. Anyone else make sure you provide your emails. Who in the U.K. would like to be the last one, who can then put it in an envelope or bring it to Virgin?

Why do we need Richard Branson again? Couldn't we all just go out for a meal, or at most hire a cheap hall somewhere. This can just be a get-together, it doesn't have to be a huge deal; doesn't even have to be every year! Linz had a fantastic idea about how to get over the small problem of the Atlantic Ocean, so i'll let her say it as i don't want to take credit for it!

Thank-you Ahren for jogging my memory, I'd quite forgotten that conversation.

Basically, we could hold the event in both continents and have a link-up on the net. Like a mini Live Aid I suppose! Linz

Just a little detail, Mike: I think it will be better if you send the letter around in .rtf format instead of Word .doc file. Just for security reasons, viruses can't get attached to a .rtf file. :-)

Anyway, my e-mail is tauriel(at)jcsoft(dot)cz

Letter is on its way, to Patty first. Thank you Maria for the suggestion, I changed it to RTF.
