I wish I had a nickle for every... by mrsthing on 8 February 2008 10:38pm

...time I had to say, "Practice your flute!" to my daughter.

...dirty sock I found under the dining table.

...idiot who said to me, "Jyooty, jyooty, jyooty! Anyone ever say that to you?"

I'd be a very rich woman if I did!

Anyone else got something they wish they had a nickle (or a coin of small worth) for?

I wish I had a nickle:

...for every time I made a play in ice hockey that I've spent my entire life trying NOT to make.

...for every time a lovely woman smiled back at me.

...for every time a lovely woman didn't smile back at me.

...every time someone said to me:

"OH MY GOD is that NATURALLY CURLY HAIR?! You are SO LUCKY! People pay a FORTUNE for that hair! All you have to do is get up in the morning and run your fingers through it, RI-I-IGHT?"

NO! NO! Shut up! Shut the...... And I'd like a dime for every time someone's invited themselves to TOUCH my hair.

Sounds grumpy, but I object to anyone saying 'awesome' when they do really mean 'awe-inspiring'. But I guess this applies to just about the whole world by now,(so how wealthy would I be, then) & maybe I should put it in 'Palinites Room 101'

Yep, Brian May and I have the exact same hair. Me and Bill Bruford. And both bandmates of the Jimi Hendrix Experience.

And that's PROFESSOR Brian God May to you!

Should'nt it be nickel ?

Anyway, I wish I had a nickel for everytime my wife said she was leaving me ! ;)
Then she'd probably leave me without a nickel !!
