Silly March Forth on the 4th of March? Tribute to Monty Python by Chris14 on 29 September 2008 2:39am

Hi Everybody,

With the members from John Cleese's forum we have a great idea. We plan a Silly March in March through London. 2009 is the 40th anniversary of the Monty Python, and the 70th bday of John, as many of you probably know.

What do you think?

Chris

I add here a better advert...;-))))

Hi Everybody,

I'm writing in the name of the fans of John Cleese from his forum.

We have a great idea. We plan to organise a silly march in March through London. The event would be on the 4th of March 2009, the idea is o play with the words even at the choice of the date... well, not the fruit, though.

Silly March Forth would be the official name. It's possible that we're going to organise other programmes. We also want to launch a new web-site, or something like that.

What do you think???

Chris

I think this one is much more powerful!

Oh nice one Chris, fab idea! I'd LOVE to take part in something like that. It's a bit far for me to go though!

Good idea, Chris!

I'm happy you think so.

Kazzz, I don't think that London is farther from wherever you live, than from me. ;-))

But there's a new plan, for those who can't go to London, there can be a march anywhere else either simultanuously, or on different days, this could be organised by people who live there, obviously. But the main march would happen in London.

it sounds like a fun idea and I bet if enough of you take part, it will make the news!!! Wait until Cleesey finds out! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Maybe one day you could all dress up as Gumby too! Or clap coconuts as you gallop somewhere appropriate.

Sounds a good idea. No doubt you'd send him lots of photos, etc.?

Another parade/march could be carrying gourds on sticks! Wish I could get to England for ANY of these events.

Let's all think of some other ideas for Chris' forum. There must be many.
