How angels came to top Christmas trees by mrsteabag on 3 December 2008 4:46pm

Once upon a Christmas eve, Santa had a very bad day. Mrs. Claus and he were arguing. The elves hadn't finished the toys. And the reindeer were threatening to go on strike.
In the middle of this, a Christmas angel ran into the workshop, dragging a tree behind her. "Santa, oh, Santa,"she called,"where do you want me to put this?"

Lovely, Fran!

We always have a winter weekend away with friends. These are self-catering, and it HAS to be, every night, the plaster Santa (pennies from a charity shop) holding a lighted tea-light, is placed on the dinner table to a chorus of 'Santa's got a candle up his bum...' to the tune of 'Coming ound The Mountain'.

(Not as good as your angel story, though!)

I don't think it was the fairy's nose that was red ;)

Obviously my brain have gone for a holiday early, since I had to read Fran's post few times before I understood it. Oh dear... but very funny indeed!
