AAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!!
Jess is going to Queensland tomorrow and gool ol' Mum had to book it and organize it etc etc she leaves tomorrow morning and I an TRYING to confirm the flight via phone and check the baggage weight (coz knowing her she will have packed heaps). I have been cut off from their ace automated service 5 times and can't get thru to an operator. Yay what a great way to spend a Saturday. I should make her do it!!! Yeah right.... |

Yeah, I hate repeat telephoning, but I think of the THOUSANDS of people stranded in airports that were buried in snow over Christmas. I'm sure they were all Canadians...nobody who is thinking straight would voluntarily come to Canada in December.
One of the sports talking heads was telling of his 16 hour car drive Christmas eve because his flight was cancelled.

You may be able to get flight updates and information on the airline's or airport's website. |

Can't you print your ticket at home? That automatically confirms your flight. UNless, of course you are trying to confirm departure time updates. |

I can Pats and did but they've (the airline) changed the flight details 7 times since we booked it so we kinda want to be sure when it is! The last time it was changed was three days ago, this is a worry! |
