An opinion from a Facebook friend, Mike.

Although it's small, a second thought: "So we have Passover for when we saved ourselves from the Egyptians..."
If my memory is correct, wasn't it God who saved the Jews at Passover by telling them how to avoid their first born child from being killed by God's wrath during the night of Passover? God told them how to ensure He would pass over their homes if what?... the blood of the lamb (or something) were smeared on their doors/doorways? There was no battle during Passover where Jews "saved themselves from the Egyptians". They were saving themselves from God's wrath against the Egyptians supposedly. They didn't lift a finger other than to slaughter some animals & smear blood all over the place! They followed instructions; they didn't wage a war.
This is the Jewish technique of elevating their own events to glorious battles & continually portraying themselves as the victims.

All nations are/have been guilty of aggression, it doesn't matter if their religion is Jewish, Muslim, Christian, etc. Europeans, including the British, have a lot to answer for in the past.

Ladies, I think we ALL have a lot to answer for. When I defend Jews, I never say we have done NOTHING wrong. The Bible battles for Israel were violent.
