Back From Hogwarts by thebookworm on 11 July 2003 9:38pm
Ive just come off the Hogwarts Express after seeing Harry,Ron and Hermione..And what a fun time we had...At 38 years young Ive just been fortunate enough to discover the wonderful world of Harry Potter..Lets be honest we all wanted to be Harry when we were at school, and didnt we all have a teacher just like Snape and wasnt there always a horrible pupil just like Malfoy...To be honest the Potter world has had a lasting effect on my marriage,my wife has been complaining that I no longer show her the effection she deserves,,How can I when my nose is always stuck in a book reading about one of Harrys adventures..Hopefully she will understand one day,Ive even offered to buy her a ticket for the train that leaves from the platform 9 and 3 quarters.....I can only live in hope....David..

I think i am a bit like Hermione (bit of a swat, lol).

and you are right david, i think the world of Harry Potter does reflect our lives at school a little (minus the moving stair cases and magic!). I have a teacher who is just like Snape and he hates me, like Snape hates Harry in a way, also yes there is always a jealous, nasty little brat like Malfoy....
*Sophie-Lou has to force herself from mentioning a name*

Does anybody else think they are like a character from Harry Potter?

Sophie-Lou :)

P.S. David, has your wife read Harry Potter yet?

Which Captain Pugwash character did you like Lyn? Master Bates perhaps or maybe Seaman Stains? possibly even Roger the Cabin Boy? I'm sure you remember them.
