Only kidding I do have some nice walks with Tosun but not that far!!

Actually believe it or not in the past 7 days that I have stopped eating a daily kitkat plus one other choc bar or whatever I have felt SO much better!! I have been singing whilst doing the chores (making everyone else feel ill hahaha) and generally feel chirpier. PLUS I have so far lost 8 lb.

Yesterday I had one yes one Quality Street choc and wasn't tempted to have more.

Anyway must go - need to polish the halo..
