It looks like quite a few countries can cope without political correctness.

Yes Ken - presume you mean health and safety too? I mean, we have taken it far too far (kids should be able to play at conkers etc) but SOME health and safety is obviously necessary.

And don't get me started on whether parents should be able to discipline their children !! And ditto teachers and their pupils !! That's why our granddaughter once sat aged about 14 in a meeting with her deputy headmaster (who was bending over backwards to accomodate her wishes) and us with her fingers stuck in her ears and going 'lah lah lah' as he spoke!!! I'd have had a House Report or been expelled, or a detention AT LEAST if I had done that!
