waiting for the mrs to come in from work in an hour and then sticking on a d.v.d whilst tucking into the bags of Maltesers and Revels that are chilling in the fridge.

(Sorry, Paul, I couldn't resist)

*my husband and son make me SO happy!
*my dogs make me stupidly happy.
*the autumn and the cold weather
*good hair days (there are but few)
*Yes music, especially CTTE and GFTO
*jazz and fusion, where everyone sounds like they're playing a different song at the same time, and as if all their lives depend on it
*reruns of Star Trek TNG, especially Data episodes
*when my mother-in-law comes to visit
*funnily enough, when my mother-in-law goes home
*when the Miami Dolphins win!
*when the NY Mets win, or even show up...
*when a rocket launches a mere 3 miles away, such as it's about to do. Gotta go!

*blush*

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww...

Golly!

Thanks, Dianne. It makes me happy that you're happy that I came back to Palin's Travels. :O)

Heck, I'm just happy to be back, period. ;O)

As for other stuff...well, lots of things make me happy, but off of the top of my head...

*My friend Jules. He's English. He's funny. He makes me laugh, even when life is a piece of crap. :OD

*The Criterion Life of Brian DVD.

*Belgian chocolate.

*People laughing during the comedic play I'm in. I think I like that better than the clapping and the hollering. It's an amazing spirit-lifter.

*Neil Young pulling out another tour in Feb-March for his last album.

*Pibb Xtra

*Oatmeal

*Sparkly green and red Christmas garland.

*Receiving a "Hermey the Elf Who Wants to Become a Dentist" (from Rudolph) Christmas ornament. At age 19. From my parents.

*The Edge.

*And of course, my boyfriend. :O)

Now I'm feeling all mushy inside.

Things that make me happy are:

My fiance, and all the wedding stuff.
My cat, Lucifer.
My mum.
Giving presents.
A bowl of bourbon biscuit covered in custard.
The smell of creosote.
My hot tub jacuzzi in the garden.
High quality chocolate.
Warm snuggles.

By the way for all those chocolate lovers, try www.chocs.com and join the chocolate tasing club. Its fantastic and is by far the best ever chocolate I have eaten (an that's quite a lot!!)
